Click on Backup &amp; restore<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/diaroapp.com\/help\/v390\/data.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Click on the &#8220;+&#8221; icon<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/diaroapp.com\/help\/v390\/backup_restore.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5. Choose your preferred settings and click on Backup. A Diaro backup file will be created on your device&#8217;s &#8220;\/sdcard\/Diaro\/backup&#8221; directory.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/diaroapp.com\/help\/v390\/backup.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>6. To avoid data loss, we recommend to upload your existing backup files to Dropbox.
